Office Administrator (part-time)

Loughborough

£13 p.h hours p.w.)

The Company:


ER Recruitment has partnered with a reputable financial accountancy firm who are looking for the new member of their team.

The company require the assistance of an experienced Office Administrator to join them on a part-time basis and offer some much-needed administrative support with daily tasks.

The successful individual will play a vital part in the firm's continued success.


Role & Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • Manage and update the existing database of client records
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new clients including ID checks and appropriate risk assessments
  • Raise accurate invoices in a timely manner
  • Manage office contracts, make amendments to existing procedures and introduce new ones where necessary
  • Write quotation proposals in line with business protocol
  • Support the team with the implementation of system and process changes, striving for continuous improvement
  • Oversee the office supplies inventory and replenish stationery by requesting suitable orders

About You as the Office Administrator:

  • A strong administrator with proven experience
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and good overall IT skills
  • A keen eye with high attention to detail
  • Strong written communication
  • Welcomes inhouse discussions, brings ideas and acts as a sounding board for colleagues
  • Methodical and efficient when fulfilling responsibilities
  • A willingness to help with all tasks, no matter the size
  • Ability to prioritise own workload by assessing the urgence and importance of duties
  • You will have a vibrant personality, a good sense of humour, and be looking to join a team of likeminded individuals
