Description

The position starts on 12th May however you will be asked to come in prior to this for a trial shift.

The shift times vary and can start as early as 6am, and can finish as late as 10pm. The shifts are between 8 to 10 hours long, with paid lunch breaks included. There is also opportunity to stay over night on the island for certain shifts, due to the tide times.

For May, the required dates and shift times are as follows:12th - 11am-8pm

16th - either 6am-2:15pm OR 1pm-10pm

20th - 6:30am-3:30pm

24th - 8m-6pm


You will be required to clean different area's of the island such as cottages, games rooms, swimming pool area's, resturants, bars and more.


Duties:


  • Perform general cleaning tasks to an extremely high standard such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and hoovering
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
  • Empty bins and replace liners
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
  • Maintain cleanliness in communal areas
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Skills:


  • Proficient in English to effectively communicate with team members, the public and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Reliable, flexible and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license is essential
