This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.
- We'll look to you to deliver excellent service to our customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times
- You'll be educating customers in the different ways they can do their banking and supporting them in choosing the options that work best for them
- We're looking for a detailorientated person to complete processes and procedures, while providing each customer with a seamless experience
What you'll do:
In this role, you'll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide them with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on financial products and services.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the bank's way of working to help as many customers as possible
- Managing customer contact lists to identify opportunities to help customers with new financial services or products
- Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business
- Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored
The skills you'll need:
We're also looking for you to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A background of working within a regulatory environment
- Good technology skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office
What else you'll need to know:
We're here for our customers, whatever the time of day or night, so you'll need to be flexible in working a rotating shift pattern.
Your hours of work are likely to be between 07:00 and 21:00 over five days, including three weekend shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, over a three month period.

Salary:
