The new 23/24 pay rate for this role is £24,075 - £27,303 (not as published above)


Are you ready for an interesting opportunity working in a close knit senior management team in Surrey Police? Already have excellent communication skills and solid experience with administration with minute taking experience? Then our Custody and Criminal Justice Department have just the Secretary role for you.

Key Responsibilities


In this role you will be working to the Head of Department and the Senior Management team and will be key to the performance of their roles in policing.

You will be managing diaries, writing letters, reports and other documents and be the go-to person for your organisational skills.

You will be confident with your IT skills and be able take minutes at a variety of meetings. The base for this role is at Guildford Police Station - although hybrid working is also available.

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous secretarial experience, including minute taking and diary management
Strong IT skills, Microsoft Word and data entry, typing skills of 60 wpm
