At YourVets Sheldon (Birmingham) we are a busy SA practice, fast paced with a very varied caseload. We are looking for a new graduate to join our team.

We have vets with a range of interests such as imaging and exotics, and vets studying for medicine and surgery certs.

We also have visiting surgery cert holders coming to do more advanced soft tissue surgeries and orthopaedics and have all the usual kit including a shiny new ultrasound machine and dental x-ray pending.

We enjoy a good work life balance here with a 4-day week and 1 in 3 Saturdays, no OOH We get an extra day off each month which gives us a 4-day weekend.

Opportunity of overtime at some of our branches if you would be interested, including OOH. We have an EMS programme so the whole team are used to supporting learning.

We currently have two vet GDP advisors who are passionate about supporting the growth of the next generation of vets.

We are known for our team spirits, strong team retention and a wide range of knowledge and experience on board.

Paid onboarding phase which includes a Residential. All UK travel, accommodation and subsistence costs for the Residential will be covered by CVS
Salary of £35,000 which increases at the end of year 1 and at the end of year
No financial tiein beyond completion of the programme.
