At Top Kids Accessories you'll be joining a successful, multi-channel retail brand who specialise in fashion accessories, this is your chance to be part of a highly reputable, fast-growing online retailer.

We would like your help to get more of our lovely products seen across our marketplaces. You will join a compact, focused, highly efficient and friendly team.

Access to your own transport is crucial for this role, as our offices are set in beautiful rural Oxfordshire - parking is provided.

Job description
You will be expected to;

Create, optimise and maintain our product listings, in main marketplaces and website.
Image sourcing find product or theme images or take professional photos of product offerings and edit them using software such as GIMP, Photoshop or others, to use in creation of listings and banners.
Key word research, done manually or through use of analysis tools to create optimised titles and descriptions to increase product listing SEO ranking.
Provide administrative support to include: setup of new lines, maintenance of the online product catalogue, promotion administration, website search optimisation.
Assist with stock replenishment and supplier orders.
Updating digital inventory in line with products listed.
Support customer assistance answering customer queries, monitoring customer feedback.
Assist in all tasks relating to upkeep of digital side of the company.

Skills required;
Natural English speaker with a good level of grammar essential.

Creative flair, attention to detail and computer literacy required.

Familiarity of listing on the major online sales platforms would be advantageous.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial.

Past experience in a similar role is highly desirable, as would any knowledge coding.

Training can be provided for all major tasks.
