- The main purpose of this role is to accurately maintain a complete analysis of customers purchase orders
- allocation of such to the appropriate Invoices to guarantee timely payments.
- You'll be in charge of keeping track of customer orders, making sure they're billed correctly, and ensuring timely payments. Your role is all about clear communication, problemsolving, and teamwork. You'll play a key part in delivering great customer service and keeping things running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To deliver excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
- Process high volumes of purchase orders ensuring sufficient value to each is maintained and
- Identify which subaccount purchase orders should be applied to the relevant invoices and liaise
- Liaise with the Invoicing team to add various purchase orders onto customers online portals
- Track and maintain a complete analysis of all customers blanket and individual purchase orders
Invoicing & credit control teams to ensure accurate purchase orders are raised and applied
correctly.
- Identify, analyse and resolve all problems that may occur while processing purchase orders.
- Alert management to any processing issues
- Design and create a training manual for this complete process.
- Ad hoc queries as and when required.
