Dematic is a leading supplier of integrated automated technology, software and services to optimise the supply chain and we are excited to announce that we are looking to hire a skilled and motivated Warranty Specialist to our EMEA team.

As a Warranty Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for our customers regards to resolution of warranty claims. Your coordination and problem-solving skills will be pivotal in identifying and executing the most effective resolutions for each case.

Tasks and Qualifications

You will be responsible for:

Inspecting claims and aligning with the customer on a resolution.
Involving internal and external parties as required per case
Tracking and being the owner of all warranty cases in your region
Maintaining information of all equipment under warranty in your region
Supporting in reporting the bigger picture of warranty for the EMEA region
Calculating costs for solutions to warranty cases
Coordinating and supporting root cause analyses
Contributing in updating the fleet information of our installations in the field.

About you:

Solid experience in warranty management and in a customer facing role
Technical schooling or aptitude
Experience with SAP is beneficial
Full working proficiency in English ( any other European language is beneficial)
