The role
As a Facilities Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Providing a building custodian service to all office accommodation for the two buildings.


Day to day you'll report all building defects as well as:

  • Control and booking of conference room facilities and equipment.
  • Facilitate the control and coordination of visitors and contractors
  • Carry out fire safety management duties
  • Coordination of fire wardens

Essential experience of the Facilities Administrator

  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
This role is full time and based onsite at High Wycombe.


Qualifications for the Facilities Administrator

  • NVQ L1 in Business and Administration or equivalent
