YOUR ROLE:


  • To significantly develop market share, thus being fluent in the full sales process from identification through to ongoing management aligned to the pillars of the brand.
  • Strong cross functional collaboration up to leadership circle to fully develop market potential for Henkel Beauty Care Professional.
  • Establish longterm client relationships through a valueadd brand led approach
  • Preparation of objectives and development programs for each customer
  • Strong negotiation of commercial agreements both new and existing to increase brand loyalty and sell through
  • Conduct retail, consultation & digital training as required by each customer
  • Offer consultation & advice regarding branding and merchandising

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Preferably degree educate
  • Proven track record of developing market share with Premium Brands within the Professional Hair market
  • Sales & Demand Forecasting
  • Excellent communicator & influencer with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Dynamic and selfmotivated
  • A proven track record of building and leading teams
  • Good administration and IT skills to include MS Office
  • Full & clean driving licence
  • Highly flexible approach to business travel
  • Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems
