About Starbank

Starbank school in Birmingham is a large all through school for pupils aged 3 to 16 years old. We have over 2,000 pupils and are based across three sites in close proximity to each other. We joined Star Academies in 2020 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.


Who we're looking for


We're looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders.

As a key member of our school's business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.


You will have:


  • A relevant qualification in ICT/business administration or willingness to work towards.
  • Experience of managing and developing school MIS software and data systems, such as SIMS.
  • Experience of gathering and analysis of information.
  • Ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Access, as well as Explorer and databases.
  • Ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.
