Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

£32,000 - £35,000 + Benefits

Our client, an award-winning UKAS accredited environmental consultancy, are on the look-out for a BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH3 equivalent) qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their successful company.


You will be working amongst a team of passionate asbestos consultants and will carry out asbestos surveys, air monitoring, 4 stage clearances and consulting services to a range of clients across the South Central area.

The average day of an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst would consist of conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of building types, carrying out 4 stage clearances and air monitoring duties, reporting on your findings throughcomprehensive reports and leasing with clients, colleagues and line manager, ensuring all work carried out is to a high standard and in line with

Role Requirements:


  • BOHS P402, P403 & P404/RSPH3 qualified
  • Minimum of 2 years (post qualification) experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent knowledge of the health and safety legislation in relation to asbestos
  • Efficient in undertaking all types of surveying in a range of buildings, along with air monitoring, 4 stage clearance checks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
