About Our Client:


Page Personnel are currently working with a reputable business, based in Huddersfield, who are looking for an Accounts Payable Admin to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The client can offer some fantastic company benefits including hybrid working.

As an Accounts Payable Admin, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices at a high volume.
  • Processing exceptions.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with credit control staff.
  • Updating the Accounts Payable on a daily.
  • Conducting supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Posting of bank statements on a daily.
  • Processing high volumes of reconciliations.
  • General Adhoc duties.
  • Supporting across the finance division as and where needed.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Prior use and solid working knowledge of SAP would be preferable however, not a must.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team when working towards meeting deadlines, particularly with regard to month end close.
  • Previous study towards a recognised accounting qualification; or a willingness to begin studying would be an advantage (AAT).
