Description

Duties Include:


  • First point of contact for customers dealing with enquiries effectively
  • Order processing and follow up
  • Preparing all relevant documentation for transportation of goods
  • Keep up to date with customer notes
  • Carrying out administration task such as data input, completing paperwork, filing documents
  • Supporting sales team

You will possess the following attributes:

  • GCSE's C minimum in Maths and English
  • Experience working in an administrator/ customer service role
  • Previous working experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communicator, friendly and approachable
