HR Administrator

Warwickshire - hybrid working

Part time - up to 20hrs/week

£25,000 FTE

FTC up to 15 months
The LHH HR Recruitment team are looking an experienced HR Administrator, to join a leading business based in Warwickshire.


The role:

  • New starter (contracts and offer letters), leaver paperwork, Exit interviews
  • RTW checks
  • Internal changes to T&C letters
  • Long Service Awards communications, Probation process, employers liabilit,
  • Referencing
  • Training admin support
  • HR system maintenance
What are we looking for?

  • Established HR Administrator or potentially would consider an experienced Administrator looking to move into HR
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills.
  • Team player with a cando attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain detailoriented with sound time management and organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Solid communication skills and able to act and escalate when necessary
  • Strong Microsoft office skills including outlook, word and excel
