HR Administrator
Warwickshire - hybrid working
Part time - up to 20hrs/week
£25,000 FTE
FTC up to 15 months
The LHH HR Recruitment team are looking an experienced HR Administrator, to join a leading business based in Warwickshire.
The role:
- New starter (contracts and offer letters), leaver paperwork, Exit interviews
- RTW checks
- Internal changes to T&C letters
- Long Service Awards communications, Probation process, employers liabilit,
- Referencing
- Training admin support
- HR system maintenance
- Established HR Administrator or potentially would consider an experienced Administrator looking to move into HR
- Excellent communication and follow up skills.
- Team player with a cando attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain detailoriented with sound time management and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid communication skills and able to act and escalate when necessary
- Strong Microsoft office skills including outlook, word and excel
