A service orientated company based in Stevenage are now looking to recruit a Complaints Advisor to support within their Customer Service Team.

Complaints Advisor - Job Overview
As a Complaints Advisor your duties will include;

  • Being responsible for complex customer queries
  • Processing complaints through internal channels
  • Analyse customer feedback through multiple channels
  • Build and maintain both internal and external business relationships

  • Skills & Experience Required*
  • Experience in a complaints role is essential
  • Experience Coordinating complaint responses is essential
  • Proven ability to communicate with people at different levels
  • Customer focused
  • Able to commit to a role for a minimum of 3 months
