A service orientated company based in Stevenage are now looking to recruit a Complaints Advisor to support within their Customer Service Team.

Complaints Advisor - Job Overview
As a Complaints Advisor your duties will include;
- Being responsible for complex customer queries
- Processing complaints through internal channels
- Analyse customer feedback through multiple channels
- Build and maintain both internal and external business relationships
- Skills & Experience Required*
- Experience in a complaints role is essential
- Experience Coordinating complaint responses is essential
- Proven ability to communicate with people at different levels
- Customer focused
- Able to commit to a role for a minimum of 3 months
