Part Time Medical Receptionist - Leicester, United Kingdom - Talk Staff
Description
Are you an experienced receptionist with excellent administration skills? Our client based in Leicester are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated individual to join them to be the first point of contact for their patients.
Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you a good communicator? Then we would like to hear from youTo be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Current or recent experience of working within a similar role
- Sound knowledge of primary care practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Booking of appointments
- Keeping all patient records up to date
- Checking patients in for appointments
- Filing
- Carrying out general admin duties as required
- Processing repeat prescriptions
Salary is £10.42 per hour
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week
22.5 hours a week between 8am and 6.30pm
