Sales Co-Ordinator

The Company

Established in 2004, Projuice are based in the South-West and have grown year on year with innovation of new products and concepts for cafes, delivering to customers all over the country.


The Role
This role is focused on generating new business, following up, and converting leads to generate sales in target areas. The successful applicant will also be responsible for the co-ordination of new customer sales and enquiries over the telephone. The sales orders are processed and managed through Sage 50 Accounts system, training will be supported.


The role will be part time office based, Tuesday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Researching areas and identifying targets prospects
  • Dealing with incoming enquires
  • Proactively identifying new sources to generate leads for campaigns
  • Following up website leads
  • Understanding the product range
  • Coordinating orders for delivery by our own vehicles
  • Customer focused
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and high level of numeracy
  • Experience of Sage preferred by not necessary
  • Positive, confident, friendly and determined attitude and character.
  • Able to work as part of a team and own your own
  • Good IT skills including Excel and Outlook
