Accounts Administrator - Truro (outskirts) - Circa: £22,000
Trial Balance Consulting have formed an exclusive partnership with a new client, a highly successful specialist services business based on the outskirts of Truro.
Working closely alongside an experienced Finance Manager, this would be a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant or Ledger Clerk looking to expand their knowledge and widen the responsibilities
Core responsibilities to include:
- Accounts payable to include raising PO's, uploading invoices, reconciling statements and supplier payment runs
- Accounts receivable to include creating and sending client invoices and monitoring aged debtor
- Client credit referencing
- Bank reconciliations
- Stock management
- Petty cash management
- Maintenance of company databases and systems
