Office based role in Aldershot

Up to £27kpa

An exciting opportunity to join this busy fit out / building services management business based in Aldershot.

We're looking for an Operations Administrator to work alongside one of senior managers to ensure seamless service and communications to all areas of the business.


Job Purpose
You'll be working alongside a senior manager to track and report on numerous projects as they progress towards completion.

You'll be helping to analyse and record:

  • Cost of materials, human resource and services you'll need advanced Excel and be able to build fairly complex spreadsheets for reporting internally and to clients
  • Compliance completing reports and documentation tracking project deliverables, health & safety, SLAs
  • Subcontractor orders checking invoices, deliveries, pricing and returns.
  • Other duties will also require you to be accurate and highly organised as you help manage and prepare information, estimates, quotations, drawings, invoices and Purchase order information being sent in and to sites around the UK.

Would you be great for this role?

  • If you love Excel and can use SUM and IF functions and VLOOKUPS and some data validation, then we absolutely should have a chat.
  • It probably goes hand in hand that you will be numerate and enjoy information & technology
  • You'll need to have some previous experience of working in an administrative role but training will be given
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential along with a confidence for dealing with internal / external stakeholders at all levels.
  • If you're commercially astute, with strong attention to detail and highly organised as well as the above, we'd love to talk to you.

Salary / Benefits

  • Up to £27,000 per annum
  • 8.30am 5pm Monday to Friday
