The role:

As Bids and Tenders Manager you will work closely and collaboratively with Sales Leaders and Senior Sales Professionals to analyse, evaluate, and respond to opportunities that are brought to the business.

The role offers incredible amounts of flexibilityto unleash your creativity and deliver bespoke responses that proactively engage with prospect customers' needs and triggers within a key prospect account.

Key Areas would include:

Writing and designing of sales enablement collateral
Manage, create and update bid library content
Endtoend bid management, including prebid market research and postbid analysis
Developing new bid and pursuit processes to drive efficiency and improvement
Creating collateral for the sales team, including copywriting and content design

Your background:

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in either a Bids or Pursuit role, specifically around the support of sales teams and the creation of submissions and collateral.

You will have an analytical mind and an exacting standard around detail and processes. It will be paramount that you are able to present analytical data and report across a variety of mediums.

It would be highly advantageous if you were an advanced user of Photoshop and Excel.
