Description

The Royal Academy of Arts is currently looking to recruit a Head of Retail, to provide dynamic, commercial leadership for the RA Shops and ecommerce operations, with overall responsibility for the retail proposition and P&L both onsite and online.

As the Head of Retail, you will develop and deepen the existing ecommerce strategy and commercial connection with CRM and Marketing, contributing to the overall visitor journey and driving conversion, loyalty and financial contribution.

You will also ensure all processes are optimised to enable their achievement as well as drive maximum sales and profitability from RA audiences, programming and activity.

Lastly, you will support, lead and develop a successful and motivated team, ensuring they are involved, informed, trained and empowered to drive sales and customer satisfaction at the RA.
