Casual Performance and Support Coach (Women's Teams)

Location: Varied

Salary:
£ £15 p/h dependent on experience**
The Role of the Casual Performance and Support Coach (Women's Teams)


Main Accountabilities

  • Produce match analysis reports and clips using the Club's VEO camera and online programme for both the women's First and B teams.
  • Play a role in the tactical analysis of their opponents, including some individual player analysis where directed by the head coaches.
  • Form positive relationships with players and motivate them towards achieving their full potential, and ensuring their wellbeing and holistic development is paramount.
  • Plan and deliver a range of set pieces to support the development of both teams.
  • Support both teams by covering specific sessions from time to time when other coaches are not available.
  • Any other relevant tasks and duties as directed by the team's head coaches or the Brentford FC Women's Teams General Manager.

Person Specification - Essential Personal Characteristics

  • Minimum
  • Level 2 Coaching Certificate
  • FA Learning Safeguarding Children Certificate
  • FA Emergency Aid Football Certificate
  • Good level of IT skills
  • Good level of match analysis experience

Person Specification - Desirable Characteristics

  • Qualification in match analysis
  • Previous experience of working with match analysis programmes or products
