Looking for a challenging and rewarding administrative role within the health insurance industry?


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Processing claims and verifying policy information
  • Ensuring timely communication with clients regarding policy information and claims processing
  • Providing support to the team in a collaborative work environment
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Participating in training sessions and developing an understanding of our products and services
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of client information

Salary - up to £23,000
