Looking for a challenging and rewarding administrative role within the health insurance industry?Key responsibilities include:
- Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Processing claims and verifying policy information
- Ensuring timely communication with clients regarding policy information and claims processing
- Providing support to the team in a collaborative work environment
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Participating in training sessions and developing an understanding of our products and services
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of client information
Salary - up to £23,000
25 Days Annual Leave
Tunbridge Wells based office (Free Parking)
