What you will need:


  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Previous exposure to Purchase Ledger invoices.
  • Previous administration experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
  • Initially this is a fully officebased role, with the possibility of Hybrid working after probation period.

What you will be doing:


  • Purchase Ledger invoices.
  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Administration as needed.
  • Taking enquiries and payments
  • Producing and processing estimates
  • Process Job Reports.

What will you get?
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Holiday - 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Hours - 9AM-5:30PM Monday - Friday

Parking - Onsite Parking


Location - Sevenoaks
