- Confident telephone manner.
- Previous exposure to Purchase Ledger invoices.
- Previous administration experience is desirable, but not essential
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
- Initially this is a fully officebased role, with the possibility of Hybrid working after probation period.
What you will be doing:
- Purchase Ledger invoices.
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Administration as needed.
- Taking enquiries and payments
- Producing and processing estimates
- Process Job Reports.
What will you get?
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Holiday - 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Hours - 9AM-5:30PM Monday - Friday
Parking - Onsite Parking
Location - Sevenoaks
Full training will be provided for this role
