Role Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation Focus: Spearhead our lead sourcing efforts using innovative digital marketing techniques and lead management software. Your goal is to create a robust pipeline of potential leads through online channels.
  • Targeted Lead Sourcing: Proactively identify and source at least 400 highquality leads per month. Your approach should be strategic, focusing on uncovering the most promising prospects for our business.
  • Collaboration for Success: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that lead generation efforts are aligned with the overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Optimizing Lead Strategies: Analyse conversion trends and user engagement to continually refine and enhance our B2B lead generation strategies.
  • Data Management and Optimization: Take charge of our database, ensuring its structure is optimized for efficient lead tracking and management.
  • Performance Analysis: While your focus is on lead generation, you will also play a role in analysing campaign data to assist in strategy development and implementation across various departments.
  • Tracking Key Metrics: Keep a close eye on crucial metrics such as organic traffic and conversion rates, using these insights to bolster our lead generation efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to lead generation and CRM management.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Lead sourcing skills, a talent for nurturing relationships, & a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Numerical, Reporting, IT & Data Literacy
  • Thorough attention to detail & problemsolving skills
  • An interest in CRM systems and SEO is desirable
  • Some experience with Data Tools would be beneficial

More about the role:

- _Salary_: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (based on experience)
- _Location_: All our roles are hybrid (a mix of remote and in office). Our offices are located on the Botley Road in Oxford, with shops/restaurants within walking distance and easy access into the City Centre.
- _Job Type_: Full time (37.5 hours a week)
