Description
AJ Chambers is working with a Leading Law Firm in the Stevenage area. This firm is offering a Corporate Lawyer from NQ, to join their growing Corporate department. This role will require working closely with the Head of the Department, working towards becomingan independent Lawyer. The ideal Solicitor should have experience covering Joint Ventures, M&A, Private Equity, and Shareholder's Agreements.


Main duties:

  • Working closely with the Head of Department and opportunity to manage a Trainee
  • Run own caseload independently
  • Take on matters relating to Corporate Law, previous experience is required
  • Meet the firms set billing targets
  • Experience in Commercial Contracts, including Sale of Goods
