This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is best suited to a consultative, non-corporate agency.

This is not your typical call-metric type agency but one where you will be developing key relationships through a consultative-sales approach.

Working both contingency and retained assignments in niche sectors you will be identifying new pieces of work and managing hiring projects.

Package - Recruitment Consultant

Basic salary from £25k to £40k depending on your level of experience:

You will need to be an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who has a proven track record of managing a successful desk in a Professional Staffing sector - Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, Engineering etc.

You will need to have a structured approach to business development and be an exceptional networker with the ability to nurture relationships at all levels.

However, this is not your typical 100 call per day agency, but rather a warmer, consultative sell. The culture is relaxed, professional but business-like with a strong desire for growth. Therefore you need to be a professional, proactive relationship builder who can work well in a non micro-managed environment.
