Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Air Export Clerk for a major Freight Forwarder based in the Manchester Airport area.

This office based position will provide support to our busy air export department. By processing daily Export shipments, ensuring documentation & customs compliance in a timely and accurate manner.

Experience working within the air export industry would be advantageous, 12 Years.
Hardworking individual with good communication skills.
Ability to analyse data, attention to detail, strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, flexibility in approach to workload, strong organisational skills, able to prioritise, with proactive approach.
Ability to work well in a team and, on your own initiative.

Daily tasks:

Handling all aspects of Exports including customs entries.
Booking exports via inhouse computer system & printing required documentation AWB
Arranging collections with agreed hauliers.
Liaising with airlines, carriers, handling agents & customers daily.
Liaising with overseas agents.
