We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition Team, as a Recruitment Specialist, focusing on sourcing and engagement.


  • Work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager on specific Talent Acquisition marketing and recruitment projects
  • Take the lead for and drive forward any innovative workforce initiatives that allows the Trust to explore other nontraditional methods to recruit
  • Design and deliver exception recruitment campaigns, using all methods of attraction
  • Building relationships and networks internally and external to the Trust and to continually build innovative ways to source
  • Continually research and react to international markets, policy & legislation changes as well as changes to professional registrations and visa regulations
  • Design creative content for the purposes of attracting to hard to fill roles
  • Work closely with lead professionals as an enabler to allow the delivery of recruitment projects
  • Produce project reports when required to do so.
  • This role may require national and international travel
