Full Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Insurance broker to join this highly respected, trusted broker specialising in providing comprehensive insurance cover for property management companies.

What's involved?

Day to day management of a portfolio of commercial property clients
Liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers in the administration of contracts of insurance
Preparing and issuing new business & renewal terms and quotations
Ownership and handling of consumer and commercial property claims in accordance with FCA requirements and authority levels
Ensuring stakeholders are regularly engaged and updated with claims information
Provide a superior service to all internal and external customers
Support the company's Insurance strategic and operational goals

Skills and Experience

Preferably educated to A 'Level standard, but as a minimum 5 'C' grade or above GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths
Significant experience of working within a property insurance operation either for an insurance company or broker
Extensive knowledge of property insurance (commercial and consumer)
Extensive customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comprehensive knowledge of FCA obligations relevant to insurance provision
People management experience
Adaptable and able to work under pressure and to tight timelines
