Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and a passion for early childhood education.

Duties:

Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery
Engage children in ageappropriate activities and play
Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding child development and any concerns or issues that may arise
Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and cleanup
Support the implementation of educational programs and curriculum
Provide assistance with diapering, toileting, and other personal care needs as required

Qualifications:

Must have excellent communication skills in English
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to work well in a team environment
Demonstrated leadership skills
Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or nursery setting
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is an asset
