Office Angels are excited to be working in partnership with an established family run business located in Solihull to assist with the recruitment of a proficient Sales Order Processor.
This is a great opportunity to work for a company with over 50 yearsof experience within their industry and a consistently growing business.
Our client requires a hard working individual to join their sales order processing department and to contribute to their trusted and well respected customer service levels at all times.
This is a key role within the organisation where you will be the main point of contact for customers to process sales orders in a timely manner, support with queries and arrange orders.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Speaking to customers and clients in regards to queries and goods orders
- End to end sales order processing from receipt to dispatch
- Checking all customer orders to ensure they are correct, and make any amendments for customers
- Liaising with various departments
- Uploading quotes
- Invoicing
- General administration tasks including scanning and filing
- Supporting Customer Service Team
- Computer literacy skills
- Administration / Data processing experience
- Professional and hard working
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Selfmotivated, to deliver a wellreceived customer experience
- Wholesale Experience (advantageous however not essential)
