Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to develop procurement strategies for fleet services contracts.
Utilise existing frameworks to procure services contracts efficiently and costeffectively.
Assess potential opportunities for bespoke tenders and coordinate the tendering process when necessary.
Liaise with operational managers and senior management to understand fleet service requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts terms and conditions.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Provide support and guidance to operational teams regarding procurement processes and contract management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in procurement, particularly in fleetrelated services.
Familiarity with procurement frameworks and processes.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in fleet management and procurement.
