_ Full-Time/Hybrid/Up to 6 months contract_

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to develop procurement strategies for fleet services contracts.
  • Utilise existing frameworks to procure services contracts efficiently and costeffectively.
  • Assess potential opportunities for bespoke tenders and coordinate the tendering process when necessary.
  • Liaise with operational managers and senior management to understand fleet service requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts terms and conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance to operational teams regarding procurement processes and contract management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in procurement, particularly in fleetrelated services.
  • Familiarity with procurement frameworks and processes.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in fleet management and procurement.
