The Head of H.R.

will be part of the College Leadership Team, working with support and curriculum colleagues to ensure our students have a great experience at the College.

They will lead and deliver an H.R. service, supporting managers and staff throughout the employment journey.

The post-holder will have the autonomy to design systems and processes to best suit the needs of the College and its staff.

£41,257.00-£43,289.00 per year
