What you will do in the role We have an excellent opportunity in our Basildon and Brentwood NHS Talking Therapies service for an Employment Advisor.

This is a key role providing support and advice to our service users to help them gain, return to or retain employment.

You will work closely with mental health clinicians and be supported by a team of experienced Employment Advisors and management to support you with the role.

You will have demonstrable experience of supporting people who are experiencing mental ill health. Travel will be required to offices in Basildon or Brentwood two days a week.
