You will be working with a leading brand - The Airsprung brand is an established brand within the bed sector and with our wide range of mattresses, divans and bed frames, it is no wonder our products are sold by some of the biggest online retailers.


We have an excellent opportunity for a
Purchase Ledger Controller to join the team at our Head Office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Your day to day activities will include administering supplier invoices, processing payments and resolving any supplier account queries.


Main duties will include, but are not limited to: -
For the four divisions/purchase ledgers that make up The Airsprung Group (Airsprung, Airofreem, Gainsborough, Swanglen and Cavendish) you will be responsible for:

  • The processing of all supplier invoices into our supplier registration system.
  • Matching invoices with goods received data and resolving any differences.
  • Posting invoice batches into our Access Accounting system.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Supplier payment runs and ad hoc payment requests
  • Processing overseas payments
  • Managing and filing invoices
  • Ensuring the purchase ledger control accounts reconcile each month.
  • Assisting with general accounts duties such as our quarterly stock check.
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Trowbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
