THE ROLE:
The leading charities team of this leading practice is highly ranked and undertakes a wide range of work.

With a keen interest in growing the team, the firm have identified the need to appoint a Charities Lawyer with proven experience in advising on a varietyof charity law matters.

Working within the charities sector you will be well placed to provide advice and solutions covering the broad remit that is charity law as well as provide support on governance and managing risk.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Charities Solicitor will have developed a genuine interest in charity law and governance work early on in your career and/or training contract.

You will be keen to improve upon your drafting and negotiating skills; carrying out legal researchand due diligence; guiding clients in a supportive environment through operational challenges; providing advice in an unambiguous and pragmatic manner; developing client relationships and ensuring that you are a key member of the team to deliver solutionsin line with the firm's clients' aims.

You will ideally have good technical competence and experience acting for charities, schools/academies, and other not-for-profit organisations. Charity Lawyers with at least 2 years
PQE are encouraged to apply.
