**Property Litigation Lawyer - Work from Home £40k - £45k

The firm is highly regarded in the Northwest, and they are looking for a strong Property Litigation Solicitor / Lawyer in a continued effort to expand their market leading Property Litigation team.

The team has an unrivalled client base of regional and national clients and advises on every type of property dispute.

They are looking for an ambitious Solicitor who is looking to progress in the future. Working within a structured and supportive team you should have excellent technical skills and strong client care.

Job Details

Work area property disputes, building disputes, boundary disputes, party wall disputes with some limited breach of contract/ prof neg cases.
Work split 70% litigated / 30% pre litigation. You will not have your own case load as they work on a delegated basis.
Working under supervision of two barristers.

Base

St Helens / Manchester but WFH with occasional day in office.
Start immediate.
Experience 3 years plus

- but ideally 5 years - must be qualified CILEX or Solicitor.

Must have experience of litigating cases from start to finish.
Working with 3 barristers who draft pleadings and run all advocacy in house.
