The HR Team
The HR Coordinator role sits with an existing site HR team made up of:

  • HR Business Partner
  • HR Lead
  • HR Executive/s
  • Other HR Coordinators

You will:


  • Be a strong HR administrator
  • Be the face of HelloFresh, based on our front desk, welcoming visitors, and supporting with HR queries from production team members
  • Ensure that all visitors have a positive experience
  • Manage HR inbox queries for the HR Team
  • Be the ultimate goto for a high volume of queries from both office staff and production teams
  • Support Shift Managers with Time and Attendance and payroll queries
  • Supporting HelloFresh company culture, driving initiatives, and helping to organise culture activities
  • Record expenditure for culture activities and work with the HR Executives to manage the relevant budgets
  • Provide HR system support to other members of the HR Team and Operations Teams
  • Empathise with and manage both sensitive and confidential queries
  • Support new starter first day setups in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Authorise and monitor holiday requests for Production Teams
  • Complete Right to Work checks as required for new starters
  • Play a key role in Absence Management, tracking data, pulling reports, spotting trends, and giving summaries to the HR Lead and HR Executive
  • Support our weekly payroll
  • Manage our office budget and arrange weekly food shops
  • Keen to start a career in HR
  • Someone with previous experience in an administration role
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Someone with drive and determination
  • Both friendly and positive in their day to day manner
  • Someone with strong initiative and problemsolving skills
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing environment, managing multiple tasks at once and understanding the importance of prioritising and organising their workload
  • Easily able to build relationships with others
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and committed

  • Someone who has the drive to go above and beyond, thinking outside the (HelloFresh) box

Work Schedule:
Rotation, any 4 out of 7 days
