The Final Inspector will take care of the final inspection of components and LRU's for build or customer requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
- The final inspection of mechanical components
- Final inspection being conducted in line with all OEM, legislative, and Industry requirements providing right first time, quality primary structural aircraft products
- Associated duties include:
- Management of consumable items
- Ensuring the correct functioning of the quality infrastructure
- Inspection/duplicate inspection of single components or completed assemblies/subassemblies
- Liaison with associated departments
- Precise work scheduling
- Raising of form 1 where required
Requirements:
- Aerospace apprenticeship would be desirable
- Maths and English GCSE A-C Grades equivalent
- Extensive experience within an Aerospace Engineering or equivalent environment
- Previous mechanical component inspection background
- PC literate
- Previous experience working within an SAP computer system would advantageous
- Good knowledge of inspection techniques and equipment
- Previous practical experience using imperial measurement tools
- Previous knowledge of manuals and Boeing websites Personal Qualities
- Flexible approach to work
- Must be willing to work shifts

We are seeking a Final Inspector to join one of our Aerospace Clients on a permanent basis in Hayes, Heathrow
