Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors

Part Time - 2.5 days Wednesday afternoon, Thursday & Fridays

9 month FTC

Hybrid/Home working available

Open to any of our UK locations outside of London

As an Assistant to our Partners/Directors, you will be assisting our partners and directors in achieving theirs and helping them grow our business.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of meetings and events and will often be the firstpoint of contact for our clients or potential clients so will be an 'ambassador' for our firm.


We're happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, we'll support you to balance your work and life.

A look into the role

As an Assistant to Partners/Directors with our National Business Support team you will:

  • Manage complex diaries to ensure our partners and directors are always where they should be
  • Coordinate travel requirements both domestic and overseas
  • Process timesheets and expenses
  • Act as a second pair of eyes and ears and help to preempt partner/director needs and requirements

Joining us as an Assistant to Partners/Directors the minimum criteria you'll need is proven successful experience for working as a Personal Assistant helping those at a senior level.

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worryif you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.


  • Experience of working as part of a team in a corporate environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Proactive approach and confident in dealing with people at all levels
