Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service to supporters at all times.
  • Respond to incoming calls and determine customer requirements.
  • Process ticket sales accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure proper collection and accurate updating of data in compliance with GDPR.
  • Handle transactions and process debit and credit card sales.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of banking
  • Inform supporters about available matches and other products.
  • Assist in resolving any ticketing inquiries or issues.
  • Perform related administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills; training will be provided for the inhouse system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both inperson and over the phone.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
