Framework is a charity delivering housing, health,
employment, support and care services to people with a diverse range of needs across the East Midlands.
The Connect service is a floating support service working with vulnerable adults in the Bassetlaw area.
Through a combination of one-to-one support, advice and information and signposting through different communication methods we empower people to live in the community with greater independence and improved quality of life.
Our support includes maximising benefits/income, finances, employment, education and accessing health and well-being, services.- We have a rare opportunity for an Administrator who is passionate about promoting independence and opportunities for our service users. We are looking for a person that is enthusiastic, patient and empathetic. Someone who has great interpersonal and organisational skills, with experience of Microsoft Office and an ability to pick up new systems easily.
- Connect operates mainly Monday to Friday during office hours. This role is 18.5 hours a week and whilst they must be the same hours every week, we can be flexible on the days and hours worked. This is a hybrid role working from home or from our offices at our hostel at Potter Street. All team meetings will be based in the office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To handle telephone calls and other enquiries from service users and general public in order to deal with or signpost to relevant staff and agencies.
- To ensure referrals are processed and recorded onto the computer system/spread sheets in line with data quality requirements.
- Maintaining confidential service users records files.
- Correspondence filing, photocopying, faxing and collating documents.
- Logging information on Excel and using our internal system, Salesforce.
