The Content Designer is responsible for making content easier for people to understand and use, supporting the Lead Content Designer in the creation of content across digital and offline channels.

The Content Designer acts as an advocate for user-centred content, content thinking, and design, working as part of the Experience Design team responsible for creating meaningful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Create new content to enhance and improve customer journeys in line with our strategic & business objectives.
Responsible for creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing content at all stages of the endtoend user journey;
Create and edit digital content across various channels.
Work with the wider business to ensure we meet the needs of our customers;
Design, develop, and deliver effective content as part of a modern integrated user experience;
Copy editing and proofreading in accordance with our brand tone of voice;
Assist with UX writing to ensure clear, consistent messaging across our digital platforms;
Work with the Lead Content Designer to write and maintain a digital brand tone of voice;
Provide traditional copywriting support;
Provide proofreading support

Experience

Proven experience writing copy for different channels and audiences
Demonstrable CX experience
Demonstrable Copywriting skills with a portfolio
Proven experience working within a studio/agency environment would be an advantage (but not essential)
UI design experience (desirable)
Up to date with industryleading software and technologies (in particular Figma, Miro, Asana (or other PM/resourcing tools
CMS build or editing experience (desirable)
