Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a job based in Annesley for a Ward Manager to work 37.5 hours per week.

The salary for this permanent Ward Manager job is £41,535 per annum + £3000 welcome bonus.

Duties:

Provide Clinical Management and Leadership to the ward team, this includes being a highly visible role model and leader
Responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of care
Act as a senior clinical member of the team, providing advice and support as well as overseeing and hold responsibility for the ward environment and its resources

Requirements of the Ward Manager:

Relevant qualification
Active NMC Registration
Previous management experience
Be double vaccinated against Covid19 and to provide evidence of this before you are able to commence employment with us, or provide a valid medical exemption
Willing to undertake a DBS check
