Description

A well established and multi-award winning architectural firm is looking to add a design focused Fire Engineer to their already impressive and exciting team.

The successful Fire Engineer will reporting directly to the Associate Fire Engineer and be working closely with the fire engineering/building surveyor/architect and building inspector teams.

THE ROLE

Provide design guidance for architectural teams on fire safety engineering and ADB solutions to meet Part B of the Building Regulations
On behalf of our clients, review and comment on fire engineering strategies produced by third parties
Review and comment on contractors' proposals for fire safety measures, both active and passive, in new buildings
Produce Building Safety Cases
Provide training to clients and residents
Prepare and issue fee proposals

Role Requirements

A relevant bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional qualification
/expereince:
Experiencein a fire engineering role preferably within a consulting, client facing or other similar environment.
Memberships to IFE (Desirable)
Experience working in teams

Benefits:

- £45,000 - £55,000
