CNC Studer Grinder

Job Specification:

Setting up, operating, and adjusting Studer grinding machine
Dressing grinding wheel, according to specifications
Turning valves to direct flow of coolant against cutting wheel and workpiece
Measuring and examining workpieces to verify that dimensions meet specifications
Setting up machines with the required work holding and tooling according to relevant procedures
Reading and understanding the requirements on the Job Card for the operation to be completed
