The offering


A new opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a long-established friendly firm of Financial Planners in their office in South Tyneside.

A trainee will be considered for this role.


Accountabilities


The role will involve providing full administrative support to financial planners who give advice on pensions, investments and protection to both individuals and business owners.


  • You will be involved in looking after both new and existing business.
  • Obtaining illustrations and valuations.
  • Processing work in line with the required timescales and compliance guidelines.
  • Document preparation, scanning documents and data input as required.
  • Diary management and other ad hoc tasks as required by the advisers.


To be considered for this role, you will be a strong administrator with ideally a background working within a professional services company.
