Description

Our client based in Sutton Coldfield are expanding their accounts team and now are looking for a Purchase Ledger - Accounts Payable clerk to join their team.

The department is busy as the business is growing.

Duties for the Accounts Payable Purchase Ledger clerk will be as follows.

  • Using Sage and Excel
  • Matching batching and coding invoices
  • Data entry of invoices onto Sage accuracy is imperative.
  • Checking invoices for POD queries
  • Filing
  • The Accounts Payable Purchase Ledger Clerk will also help with month end processes banking and reconciliation duties.
